Chef Rebecca Kong is an NYC-based private chef who specializes in uncomplicated food that tastes really good.
Whether you’re looking for a private dinner party, a cocktail party, private lessons or weekly food prep for your family, Chef Bec brings a sense of calm and professional ease to your home with her more than 12 years of culinary and hospitality experience. Her food is seasonal and unfussy, tending toward healthier fare with a Mediterranean sensibility.
Chef Bec is based in NYC and travels within reason whenever possible, with a preference for northwest CT where she and her family spend a lot of time. She loves the front of the house as much as the back of the house, and can help plan your event, big or small, soup-to-candied nuts.
She’s worked in award-winning NYC restaurants and is a graduate of the Institute for Culinary Education in NYC where she won the Top Toque award for excellence.
