I am primarily located in NYC and Salisbury, CT and serve all surrounding areas. Anything outside of these areas and within driving distance from NYC is possible, so let’s talk.

For private cheffing, my rate is $150 / hr, and includes prep, onsite work, grocery shopping, and delivery time. Cost of groceries is additional.
Weekly meal prep starts at $500 / week, for 2 - 3 complete meals for 2-4 people.
Private classes are $350 for 90 minutes & group classes of 3+ start at $450 for a 2-hour class.
I will rebill you for groceries and transportation costs (if any).
For larger events, I may need an assistant which is $45 / hr, or a sous chef which is $75/hr. If you’re outside my two primary locations of NYC and Salisbury, CT, I charge $100 / hr for travel time both ways.
Three days before your event or class, I will confirm the menu and headcount and charge a non-refundable $25 / head food deposit. -
You have 72 hours before your event to cancel with no charge. Three days before your event or class, I will confirm the menu and headcount and charge a non-refundable $20 / head food deposit.

I estimate 2- 3 hours of prep time before I arrive, plus onsite time and groceries. If your guests arrive at, say, 6:30PM, I would get there at 5 and stay until I’ve cleaned up the kitchen, and you and your guests are enjoying after-dinner drinks and dessert. Let’s estimate 6 hrs of time ($900) + groceries.
If you prefer me to just drop off the food fully prepped, then it’s just the prep time (estimated at 2 - 3 hours) plus groceries. -
Probably 8-10 hours of prep time for me and an assistant, plus onsite time for us both and groceries. I estimate about $2,000 - $3,000 for the event, depending on the complexity of the menu.
